Japanese Official Gazette Notice Search (Kanpo)
We search the Japanese Official Gazette (官報 / Kanpo) for notices relating to a specified company, individual or matter.
This may include:
financial statements or balance sheet notices (決算公告);
mergers, dissolutions and other corporate reorganisations;
creditor and liquidation notices;
bankruptcy and other insolvency notices;
capital reductions; and
other official corporate notices.
Where a matching notice is identified, we provide the available PDF copy, together with the publication date and reference details. We can also provide a translation for an additional fee.
Before requesting a search for corporate notices, we recommend first checking the company’s Certificate of Registered Matters to confirm its registered method of public notice (公告方法). If the company uses the Official Gazette (官報) for public notices, we can then search for the relevant publications.
