LPA Administrative Scrivener Corporation is led by Mina Ishikawa, a French qualified lawyer and licensed Gyoseishoshi (Administrative Scrivener) based in Tokyo.

We specialize in supporting international clients with cross-border administrative procedures and legal compliance. Our office works seamlessly in English, French, and Japanese, making it easier for international businesses and individuals to navigate complex processes.
